Strawberry and Rosemary Kombucha
This is probably one of my favourite flavours of kombucha... maybe because it's one of the most successful one I've managed to brew so far. Haha.
Once you have brewed your kombucha and bottled it up, dice about 3 large strawberries and put in 1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves (optional) in the kombucha and let it further ferment for another day or two in a cool dark place. If you fill the bottle up leaving only 1/2 inch from the cap, it will turn very fizzy. It would be a delicious drink in summer. Very refreshing!
