Chocolate Banana Bread
As usual, my boyfriend bought an excessive amount of bananas, so I had to make banana bread before they rot. I decided to try something different! So here's a delicious tasting banana bread with no sugar! You can add a bit of honey if you want, but I think this tastes fantastic on its own served with butter of course!
Ingredients:
2 large bananas
1 cup almond meal
2 eggs
5 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 scoop whey protein
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the loaf pan with coconut oil or butter.
- Mash the bananas and mix in all the ingredients.
- Pour the mix into the pan and bake for 35 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm with butter!
