Milk Chocolate Banana Cake

Paleo Gluten-Free Milk Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe
So this is the third and final loaf of banana bread from last week - milk chocolate banana bread! Unlike the first loaf, it's not made of cocoa powder. This one is made from milk chocolate buttons. Yummm. If you don't like your banana as sweet, go for this one.
 
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
2 large bananas
1/2 cup milk chocolate buttons
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
1 scoop whey protein
cinnamon powder
  • Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in the almond meal, whey protein, coconut oil and egg.
  • In a pan, melt the milk chocolate buttons over low heat.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into the banana mix and gently mix the two together. If you want swirls, don't mix the two completely.
  • Grease the loan pan and pour the mix into it.
  • Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the top and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
